Very Good

The place is all refurbished and quite central. The beds are comfy and spacious for a hostel.

There are a few inconveniences such as not providing towels or the fact that you need a card to turn the electricity on in your bed, lock your room and open the room door, which is a bit constraining.

The price/place/performance ratio is perfect.

The price/place/performance ratio is unbeatable, the staff extremely helpful despite communication difficulties. We would come back at any time.

The rooms have no windows for ventilation, only air conditioning, so there is a slight odor. If you turn on the air conditioning, open the bathroom door and the door to the hallway, the smell almost disappears. The room itself is very clean, but there is a thick layer of dust and certain things under the bed.

Not worth the money

I guess it's okay for one or two nights. Bed was okay. Free water.

The bathroom was inside the room and everyone was coming and going SLAMMING the door without any care. This was happening all the time, early in the morning and at night too. Also you could hear every sound from the bathroom like the hair dryer and the showers. And people would shower at 1AM. SMH. You also need your key to exit the bathroom and to switch on the light in your pod which was quite bothersome for me. People would forget the key in the room and get stuck in the bathroom often. Bathroom were not very clean and there was NEVER hot water. I always took cold showers. The common area was pretty plain. Fridge seems not working at the time I was there. There was a light in one of the bods that wasn't working and kept on flickering the all time (day and night). Curtains were not long enough for complete privacy. My duvet had other people hairs on it.

Rooms have super small bathroom and shower. Less than a meter wide and you can literally hit the wall standing up. These are not cleaned every day and the bathroom smell is sometimes not good.

we had booked the deluxe room. The King size bed was great and the lobby is big, bright and friendly with couches to chill on. It was very clean.

The extractor fan above the shower did not work, the room was quite small, the bathroom was tiny. We often accidentally flushed the toilet with the sensor flush when just standing in the bathroom.

Good value, but needs some cleaning

Good location. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Big shower and nice looking bathroom.

The shower did not drain correctly, so every time someone showered, the whole bathroom would be flooded. There was a lot of dust under the bed and behind the curtains, and the bathroom was not fully clean on the first day.

good relationship between price and location.

During my stay I forgot a very important perfume in the locker of the shared room. I called the next day and they found it, then a friend went to pick it up and it came back to me, I thank the staff who took care of me! great service.

I did not like that the bathroom had keys to enter and exit. and that there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. no common areas to share, no complimentary coffee like in other hotels

Pleasant stay at Amici hotel

The location is very close to the MRT and Sogo department store. The room is very clean and posh, each cubicle has a TV, and the bed, pillow and quilt are good quality.

The shower and toilet is very small and was not kept clean and tidy. The downstairs entrance of the hotel/hostel looks a bit dodgy, but you get great surprise when the elevator door opens on the 4th floor and the place is very nice.

3-minute walk to Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT station. There are toilet and bathroom in the room.

The toilet is a bit smelly. The shower gel in the bathroom was empty. Since there's no window in the dorm room, the air quality in the room was really poor.

The hotel staff came at night and started scolding the guests for locking the door from inside when no one did that. He started a heated quarrel waking everyone up in the middle of the night.
